ECOsmarte expands its world headquarters with a two story addition focusing on the most sustainable engineering and operations available. Powered by grid tie solar the entire facility will run on ECOsmarte rainwater, storm water, and Point-of-Entry treated water. All plumbing is Uponor with the heat pumps furnishing in-floor radiant heat.
Finish material focuses on 100% post consumer waste recycled materials with spectacular glass and aluminum designs – particularly in the bathrooms.
Induction cooking, chemical free swimming against the current and garden roof dining with views of downtown Minneapolis, downtown St. Paul, the MSP airport tarmacs and the Mall of America, make this a luxury destination available to ECOsmarte customers and prospects. Each suite has a full kitchen, high speed T-1 internet access, and full ECO laundry service available.
